1. Introduction

Welcome to Laundry System ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our laundry management software platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use the Service.

2.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3. Trial Period

3.1 Trial Duration

We offer a free trial period of three (3) months, extendable up to twelve (12) months at our sole discretion.

3.2 Trial Limitations

During the trial period, your account is subject to the following limitations:

• 1 branch maximum
• 4 user accounts
• 50 orders per month
• 2,000 SMS notifications per month
• "Trial" watermark on receipts

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in Philippine Pesos (Ôé▒) and are non-refundable except as required by law.
